Re: Days since Rome II release
Glad to see you guys are already moving into Rome II
I will give it some time.
For one thing, I figure that I will need to get myself a new PC to fully enjoy it.
Also, this may allow me to "miss" a few of the initial updates and get a game with the initial kinks ironed out when I start.
But I look forward to see what you say here.

Re: Days since Rome II release
They are doing the normal thing of having to patch it and some of the old problems are still there mostly AI but that has been a problem with TW for ages and not being a AI programmer I don't know if it could be fixed. Over all it runs well on my PC i have had to turn some of the fancy graphics down or off to keep a good frame rate but when playing amphibious assault battles it really slows down and when I was playing a MP campaign with a mate were I came from the sea to help him attack a city my CPU (I think) could hardly manage running all the land and sea units.
But apart from that I am having fun seems more authentic than the first Rome from my point of view I just wish there were more factions to play as.
For example I can play as the 3 Greek cites in from the DLC, but why can't I play as all the others how different can they be? There is a Greek city in the south of France surrounded by Galls that seems like it could be a fun place to start from but I cant
