A Standard Denarii Army for MP

With BI very close to release, I think now is a good time to discuss what denarii level we should try to promote as standard in the MP Lobby.
12,500k per army produced an acceptable game in RTW but it did allow many Elite units to be used. It is understandable that people will like to use these top class units but I still think that a denarii level that limits the use of Elites to a smaller percentage of the army would provide better gameplay. It would provide a more historical feel and players would have to consider unit match ups more carefully.
A lot will depend on the unit cost in BI, this is obvious, but thinking ahead and trying to arrive at a solution that will please many players ( and convince some to return ) is a good idea IMO.
I think we will find that BI factions will be much closer in strength than they were in RTW.

We could try using varying denarii levels and see which comes up with the better results.
Looking at the battles that we have played lately (and some excellent battles at that) I believe that the 12500 denarii seems to be a good choice.
Have not noticed so many elite armies since the release of BI but some players would still try to use this to their advantage. IMO.
