Additions to the Forum

1..At the top of the post, just below the Search bar, where it says...Page 1 of 1, you will see ... Actions
Click on this to reveal a number of options. (click again to hide them) Note....the last option gives you the opportunity to Print the page.
This would be usefull for keeping a record of something like information from the Academy Chapters.

2..At the bottom right hand corner of a post you will see, in black very faintly, the Up and Down arrows....^ v
Back to Top...and... Go Down. Move your cursor over them to highlight them.
These are to help you navigate up and down the pages where there are many posts.

3.. On the Homepage (Index Page) A World Map. Click on any area to show the time zone and time at that particular place. Makes it easier to work out the times in other places where members are located.

Now changed to a small icon with an arrow and the word TOP. A lot easier for readers to see it.
I have deleted the Go Down arrow as it is not really needed.

Some topics are getting so popular now that it means a long scroll to get to the bottom posts.
So I have returned the GoDown arrow (bottom right of post next to Top icon)

Added a link on forum homepage to enable you to delete the forum cookies after browsing.

Added a .. Quick log in..at the bottom of the forum homepage.
Increased the..Members connected time to.. last 12 hours.

Added an Online banner across the top right hand corner of the post.
Visible when logged on to the forum.

Designed and added new buttons for....Back to Top..Go Down..Next Topic..Previous Topic.

Thought they would be more in keeping with our forum colour. Hope you like them.

The banner has disappeared. For a while now it has been missing ?

Only with Vista OS. If you access the forum with XP the banner still shows.

I don't know what is causing this atm but I am still investigating it.

I have also noticed that the text colour in the Profiles (beneath the avatars) for....Number of posts and Location have changed to orange and not the green for Mods and red for Admin

It may be the Server Webmaster doing some changes again.

Now the banner is missing with Windows XP.

I have tried doing a reinstall of the banner in the CSS but still it shows as the rectagular box with the name and the white square with red X.

I have been in touch with Forumotion and yes, they have been doing some alterations, adding new things.
It is getting very annoying.

Edit:
I have managed to re-install it after much work. Still needs a bit of blending but that can be done when I have more time.

The adverts that you see at the Header of the forum pages.....

Google adverts added by the Server.

These are to help pay for supplying the free forums.

If we didn't want them showing we would have to pay to have them removed.

We have been fortunate for the last 15 months that no adverts have been displaid.

They are only visible to Guests. Once you log on/register as a member they do not show.
