i thank you for being candid with me, it is very refreshing,

by being open and truthful you have confirmed conclusions already drawn by me,
and that i have already discussed with others, others whose word i believe you would trust.

later today i will post an EndOfTopic here and at the Org.

From that time onwards i will flatly ignore any further commentary on the issue .

before i make my final comment on this issue i would like to point out one(1) small thing that was pointed out to me, in the online foyer, tonight(euro-time), while we were playing the mod.

At The Org in July -
the desync was fixed, the mongols re-activated, input was requested, the thread went silent,
the forum went silent,

from my worksite account i posted "seems some people dont want the mongols"
which was my opinion at that time, but is now a known fact;

i further posted "at least they are not filling the thread with static",

static = useless chatter/clutter/noise

"at least they are not filling the thread with static"
at least "they" were not wasting my time by filling the thread with useless posts, whinging and complaining,
instead "they" left the thread clean and clear.

i posted a backhanded thankyou, backhanded, but a thankyou nonetheless.

for saying "thank you for not wasting my time" from my known to admin worksite account i am being punished,
in the last week of september,
for a post made early in july? for a post that was seen by those concerned on the day?

there is no "dodgy" undercover account

there is my main staff account which has been BROKEN since February,
and which I have been asking Tosa to FIX since FEBRUARY,

there is my worksite account that was put in place with TOSA's FORE-KNOWLEDGE & PERMISSION in May of 2007
to protect the org's admin passwords due to my worksite's keylogging and traffic capture policy.

there has been one previous instance where i had a worksite account, that was created many years ago just after TeraGate,
and again that was with TOSA's FORE-KNOWLEDGE & PERMISSION

the worksite account made no posts that would even gain a zero point warning under the org's forum rules.

At The Org in July 2008 -
the Samurai mod desync was fixed, the mongols re-activated, input was requested, the thread went silent,
the Samurai Forum went silent,

from my worksite account i posted "seems some people dont want the mongols"
which was my opinion at that time, but is now a Known Fact;

I RECENTLY posted on an EXTERNAL forum that it seemed the others were sulking about me reactivating the mongol faction in my mod,
they had ceased to participate on any level.
THAT post did not actually NAME the clan, that post did not break any rules on the EXTERNAL forum.
and WOULD NOT break any rules had i posted it on the Org Forum EITHER.

Tosa and Clan Mizu/Takiyama would have you believe that for saying "thank you for not wasting my time" from my worksite account (known by/to Tosa) i am now being punished,

ABSOLUTE ROT - i am being punished for an opinion I voiced on a different website altogether - not for breaking Org's rules.
in order To convict me they had to invent a new crime.

This issue has been handled disgracefully by the Overseers here,

I cannot work for or under the current Mizu/Takiyama Overseers.

I will make no further comment on this issue while the Overseers responsible for my punishment remain at the Org.

The Org is no longer a place where Honour has value or meaning.
The Org is no longer a place for honourable warriors and players to congregate.

Hiya CB

Although I may well be as much a part of the problem (being a not so good player) as being a person with a solution, I did try to set up a ranking system that would help in organizing meaningful tournaments for all involved, but got literally no support from those who would have benefited most (the elite players).

I have to say that to rid myself of the “why wouldn’t anyone listen to me” demon. Not that saying that now fixes anything, but for some future occasion when something likewise is proposed, possibly some folks will give a more earnest look at the idea.

CBR, you are the one of the best players, if not the best I have ever seen. Not only because you play well, but because you play well with others. My most enjoyable games were riding under your command. Salute!

(Just thought someone should say that at some point Wink

Are you referring to the players, who turned their backs on Samurai Warlords because the mongols were being re-activated, but are now all willing to play again but with Beta 8.0 + 8.1?

The very same. Lost interest supposedly, or at least that's what they said and correct me if I'm wrong, Beta 8 became bug free during our tests which meant 8.1 was not really required. I'm sure that was the case but it really doesn't matter.

Correct me if I'm wrong here...... Didn't certain players quit playing because Mongols were introduced? Loooooong before any Japanese stats were altered?

Go figure. Yuuki had to shug thier mistakes off on someone/someones.
I can only do Beta 9 fine anyhow, since Beta 8 doesn't like my comp and Mizus keep telling me it's my damn graphics card,even though it's not for christ sake if I can get Beta 9 to work with the Mongols.Can't tell them otherwise What a Face
